Welcome to another great school year!

The Medfield Music Association is comprised of parents who support the music programs in the Medfield Public Schools. Working closely with Doug Olsen, the Director of Music, and his staff, the MMA raises funds and provides volunteers for activities that enhance the music curriculum from kindergarten to high school. Fundraising dollars go to scholarships, clinician programs, and enriched curriculum events such as group recordings and commissioned pieces created especially for the Medfield ensembles to perform.

We welcome all parents of music students to join us in our efforts. From fundraising to hands-on work at concerts, banquets, football games and award ceremonies, we strive to develop a true sense of musical awareness and appreciation in our community.

For the 2011/2012 school year, MMA meetings are scheduled for the 2nd Tuesday of each month (see
events for the actual dates). We meet in the MHS Band Room (to the left of the high school auditorium) at 7:00 pm. Please join us and participate in the decision-making process for our fundraisers, scholarship programs and other initiatives that enhance the music program.
